How it works
- Tell us about the job. A few details, photographs and the property location help us understand what is needed.
- We assess it. For larger or more complex work, we may arrange a visit before quoting.
- You receive a clear quote. The price reflects the volume, access, labour, travel, disposal requirements and any agreed value in resaleable contents.
- We agree a date and carry out the clearance. We work to the agreed scope and let you know if anything unexpected needs discussing.
Could resaleable contents reduce the cost?
Sometimes. Where suitable items have resale value, we may be able to take that value into account against the clearance charge. This is assessed individually and will always be made clear in the quote; it is not an automatic valuation or a promise that every item has a resale value.
A considered approach to what is cleared
We look first for sensible reuse. Suitable items may be retained for TIQI, donated where practical, or recycled where possible. Anything that cannot be reused or recycled is dealt with responsibly. TIQI holds a waste carrier licence.
What we cannot take
We do not handle hazardous waste. If a property contains hazardous materials or other specialist items, these must be removed by a suitable licensed specialist before, or separately from, our work. We do not offer an instant online quote because a fair price depends on the real scope of the job.
