TIQI is part of the Lowestoft community, and when we can help a worthwhile cause or someone in genuine need, we want to do so.
We do not promise that a fixed percentage of every sale goes to charity or support one permanent beneficiary. Instead, we consider requests case by case, taking account of what is needed and what suitable stock or support is available at the time.
How TIQI may be able to help
- Donating suitable available items to a registered charity or community project
- Offering a substantial discount on suitable stock where that would make a real difference
- Considering requests connected with local fundraising or people facing a difficult situation
Reuse with a purpose
TIQI deals in things that can still be useful, interesting or appreciated. When suitable items come through our shop or clearances, we will consider whether they could do more good elsewhere. This is one practical part of our approach to reuse; it does not make TIQI a charity shop, and it does not mean every item can be given away.

If you are contacting us for a charity, fundraiser, community project or someone in genuine need, please tell us a little about the cause, what would help, and when it is needed. We cannot promise that every request will be possible, but we will consider it carefully.
